Aquí tenemos el debut de los Misfits barceloneses, o lo que es lo mismo, la banda homenaje al mítico grupo de New Jersey formada por componentes y ex componentes de bandas como Cinder, E-150, The Seventhate, Dead Bones o The Bite. En los repertorios de sus conciertos incluyen tan sólo temas de la primera época de Misfits, con Danzig al frente, y para este 7" han escogido 5 de estos, que reproducen con gran acierto y mucha energía: "20 eyes", "Angelfuck", "Ghouls night out", "Who killed Marilyn?" y "Halloween". Distribuyen Black Bird Records, responsable de la publicación de dos recopilatorios de versiones de Misfits a cargo de bandas estatales, y Carnús Records.

The band consists of Al G on bass, Robert Shawn on drums, Omar Cabral on keyboards, Leo Cabral on percussion, and Nick Gerow on lead guitar. Frontman Shaun Kama, whose powerful baritone rides atop the mix like a silky fog, is the group's visionary and principal songwriter. "We're dually inspired by the darkenergy of punk rock and the anthem quality of folk rock," says Kama, "The Bad Seeds, New Model Army, and Johnny Cash are all influences." Kama is also well known for his long-standing tenure as vocalist for the internationally renowned (and still very active) DAMNATION with Al G and Robert Shawn. "BLOODJUNKIES is more than a side project," adds Kama. "DAMNATION sprouted another head called BLOODJUNKIES and it's just as hungry."

These six statuesque rejects from a western horror film literally wandered up on stage from the Audience and gave the audience something they weren't expecting. In fact BLOODJUNKIES' rabid blend of Punk Rockabilly and Goth was probably the last thing any of us expected to follow up the Over Reactors. If I had to tell you that BLOODJUNKIES sounded like anyone I would say they sounded most like the Misfits around their first album, however, that would be a big limit on what is actually a pretty damned good mix.

"If you have never heard of the BLOODJUNKIES, they are DAMNATION` new side project featuring members from DAMNATION and also a keyboard player and a percussionist. Describe their music as folk punk because, it's a little country, a little punk, with lots of ooohs and ahhhs, and Shaun sings while playing an acoustic guitar.

Gein and the Graverobbers first stepped out of the cemetery and onto the horror surf scene in 1998. Ever since their first release in 2000, Humanoids from the Deep, the four graveyard ghouls have been hell-bent on playing the most terrifying surf songs the mortal world has ever heard! Today, Gein and the Graverobbers have become the premiere instrumental horror surf band. Since the release of Humanoids, this grisly gore-tet has released three full-length CDs: Hang 10 with Gein and the Graverobbers, Songs in the Key of Evil, and their soon to be occult classic, The Passion of the Anti-Christ.
Gein, Kemper and Sloth are the three ashen zombie Graverobbers who could be recruits straight out of the cult classic, “Carnival of Souls.” Myra, the femme fatale of the group (emphasis on “fatal”), draws her deadly inspiration from B-Movie queen, Vampira. The band’s stage is a spectral spectacle, setting the tone of the show decked out with jack o’ lanterns, coffins, tombstones.

.......La primera banda en la escena del HORROR VALDIVIANO!!!

La banda surge en Noviembre del año 2007 y los proyectos de la construcción de esta ya se discutían desde finales del 2006. Los pioneros de la idea fueron Ramón Rivera y Jorge Soto, Ex compañeros de liceo que unidos por la influencia del punk y el horror hicieron el proyecto CTHULHU. Mas tarde se contacto a los guitarristas Ricardo Cancino y Anibal Fuentes, de la disuelta banda punk "DAD: Derecho a Diversidad" quién junto a Ramón (bajista de la misma banda), Daniel Candia (baterista amigo de Jorge) y Jorge formaron la primera agrupación de Horror Punk en la ciudad de Valdivia.

Cthulhu nace en Valdivia con el proposito de sembrar el horror en los corazones de los mas fieles seguidores del horror al ritmo de las escabrosas melodias del Punk.Devastadores sonidos en la guitarra en manos de "Destructor", rompen el silencio para dar orgen a melodas dignas de un suspiro infernal. Mientras que en el bajo, se encuentra "Ra The Great" aportando con sonidos lucidos y centelleantes como el sol mismo. En la bateria se encuentra "Smasher", quien con toda la potencia y furia golpea los tambores haciendo temblar al mismo cielo. En la voz hallamos a "killer Wolf", quien con rudeza y destemplanza quiebra la calma con aullidos desde su lobezno corazon.

"Pronto las calles de Valdivia se teniran de un rojo escarlata y de sombras; asi entre gritos y alharidos se escucharan las voces que invocan al Dios Cthulhu ! pues quieren que sea despertado y tome su lugar en la tierra, como lo hizo hace millones de anos atras."
